August 23-28m, 2024, Poland summer camp for orphaned Ukrainian children evacuated from the Odesa region when the war began.
Ivan, the guy who did the maze video, is one of the translators, and he sounds like he’s having as much fun as the kids. Natalie is another translator on one of the obstacle course videos. The girl doing flips in the trampoline video is Yeva. She is a wonderful kid that I would love to take to the US with me, along with another 200!!
Along with all the summer camp activities, we bought sneakers and school supplies for the upcoming school year. The guardians were so grateful for everything. Ilona is the third translator interpreting for them. The Perlinka orphanage guardian is the second woman talking in the thank-you video. Her gratitude is evident.
